Mechanical grape harvesting is the most efficient method of removing grapes from the vines. A mechanical harvester vibrates the vines. The grapes fall off the vine and drop onto a conveyor belt. The belt moves the grapes to storage bins. Once collected, the grapes are ready to be crushed and processed by the winery.
