Extended Time for Activities

Has anyone found a way to bulk add time to certain students' activity time limits? We have several students this semester who are needing additional time on tests. I'd like to find a way to do so that doesn't require the instructors to set an override for every single activity. I do have a role called "Extended Time on Tests," but it just ignores quiz time limits so the user has unlimited time. Most of the accomodations call for students to be given an extra 30 minutes, so that role won't work.
