Download Course Content Feature in Moodle

Hi all,

Trust everyone is doing well.  

I have an instructor who is requesting the capabiltiy to download her course content.  We currently do not have this feature enabled.  

Do other colleges have this feature enabled?  If so, were you required to have a policy or a procedure in place that controls where the downloaded content can be stored?
