Open Education Week '22: Request for Proposals

Wake Technical Community College is pleased to announce, “Wake Tech is Open,” a virtual conference that aims to engage diverse perspectives, facilitate discussions that drive effective practice, and showcase ways to make education accessible, affordable, equitable, and inclusive for all with free or low-cost open educational resources.

“Wake Tech is Open” will correspond to the national Open Education Week 2022, held March 7-11.

This conference is being supported by Wake Tech’s eLearning Support and Instructional Design Department (eLSID) and Wake Tech Libraries, in connection with NC3ADL, and we are seeking presenters and participants from all over North Carolina’s community college system.

The request for proposals is now open through February 1, 2022.  To submit your proposal, visit the online RFP form (opens in new window)

The conference will take place virtually.  Accepted presenters will be notified after the RFP deadline with more information on scheduling.  Registration information will be announced in February.

Please email Emily Holliday (efholliday@waketech.edu) with any questions.
