Biggest Challenges in Creating and Maintaining Accessible Content
by Elizabeth Simpson 2 years, 5 months ago- Accessible communications across the campus--alt-text on images, etc. Make sure staff are familiar with the needs of universal design. Esp. one-off communication, outside of formal channels.
- Retrofitting a math/chemistry class with videos & notes, that wasn't built to be accessible. A special pain point is handwritten notes/charts.
- Making PDFs accessible.
This is a good list Elizabeth. Just focusing on these three areas, perhaps one at a time could go a long way.
