4.3 MP2 Release Notes

Hello everybody,

I don't know if everyone is subscribed to Open LMS's emails and their release notes category, so I thought I'd share that they've released an updated version of their 4.3 MP2 release notes here. I recommend "following" the Release Notes category on Open LMS's helpdesk so you get updates when they add or update an article.

Also of note, they've started linking to the Moodle Core release notes that the MP/upgrade correspond to so you can go through those to see what specific core changes are coming that Open LMS might not detail in their release notes. It looks like most of this MP will be fixing glitches that came in Core Moodle, though there are a few new features. Conduit will now have a new setting to recover grades. Also, TinyMCE is getting an AI-Assisted editor dependent upon whether or not you have set up the OpenAI API keys. I want to keep an eye on this as I have a feeling it will be enabled by default, and we do not have the OpenAI account set up.
